I am struggling, I know it's not easy but I just can't seem to get back in the groove of things. The last 3 weeks I have struggled with not feeling well due to my acid reflux. It has been a week and I think the medication/diet change is FINALLY starting to work. Last week I had one good day Monday, then the next 4 I was in so much pain I couldn't work out. By the time the weekend came working out wasn't a priority.

Last night a friend that moved away came to stay with us. I made veggie burgers and cut up veggies and dip, but then the treats came out.. Tonight my skinny roommate and her plan to make pizza(luckily I wont be able to eat it) and tomorrow they plan to go for pub food. WHY DOES EVERYTHING REVOLVE AROUND FOOD!!!

Working out and eating healthy for me go hand in hand. Until I am back on track I know I need to workout, even 20 minutes of cardio. I need some motivation.
