Hello, my name is Tiffany, and although I've been using MFP for about a week, this is the first time I've gotten the courage to unlock my diary, fill out my profile, and say hi ![ ](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
I'm 26, married, and live in Moline, IL. I work for a community college answering phones, among many many other things, and my husband works at a pizza place managing and cooking. I'm a new, nursing mama, and my son is 14 weeks old. I also have rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, and frequent migraines that like to irritate me and flare up when I'm actually trying to accomplish something, of course.
I'm excited to be here! I've been wanting to lose weight for such a long time, but never really wanted it bad enough to try all that hard. My weight has always shot up and down my whole life, and these past couple of years were an up phase. I'm ready for some changes!!
These last couple of days have been pretty bad, and I didn't even log everything because I knew it was a complete fail, but other than that I've really been trying to make a change in how I eat and to be more active without sacrificing my milk supply or aggravating my conditions.
Anywho, enough babbling, just wanted to say hi and that I'm excited to be here

Hey Tiffany - welcome!
What a sweet little boy you have
I've had two years of 'up phases' too, so I understand but I know you can do this - you've already taken the first step.
Way to go!
Add me as a friend if you'd like.
