    I say post away... make it tasteful, but have that confidence that you worked SO HARD for.. for many of us, finally once in our life we can feel good about ourselves and not be the fat friend or be just too chunky to go shirtless,e tc... enjoy your life, don't take it too serious..

    I for one, don't mind it, it gives me something to strive for...and the ladies pics.. lets just say... we have a good looking community here. :smokin: Post em, PM em, link em up ... hell be proud of what you've worked toward

    I started 8 months ago doing a little cardio and weights...i have increased the intensity of both...loving the lifting!!!

    if it helps i am 5' 11" and started at 222:blushing:
