I began my weight loss journey in November of 2010 and have lost about 45 pounds so far. I have about 25 more to go, but have been stuck at this weight for about 6 months now. I feel like I have lost motivation to track like I used to and haven't been as diligent about working out. I'm still not at a healthy weight, but I'm fitting into non plus-sized clothes now and feel so much better. I'm not sure if it's a mental block or my body has literally hit a plateau.
So I'm here to declare my intentions to track EVERY.SINGLE.DAY, every single food or drink I put in my mouth, for the next week. Baby steps, right?

Day by day, I have been there. I started mixing things up to break it. Took a week off of exercise, increased calorie intake some. changed my routine. You will get there.0
