10lb difference (pic)

I've lost a total of 44lbs ... but just wanted to share this picture of me from Feb - Apr ... a 10lb difference. I didn't think there would be that much of a visual difference with 10lbs... glad I have these pictures to prove me wrong

Great job. I need to start the Insanity as well. Have to clean the house first so i have a spot to do it in. or maybe the garage.

Great job, you are probably toning up as you lose that is why there is such a differnce with only 10lbs

Awesome work ! Yeah 10 lbs doesn't seem like much when you first start out until you actually see pictures .. I'm convinced I haven't lost anything .. but then I go look at pictures

The first thing I thought when I read your post was nope that's not 10lbs. Scrolled down a bit and here we are, YES I see now. Muscles with increased glycogen stores plus an extra 10lbs looks damn good. I've just started insanity and I can only hope for these kind of results. Amazing job!
