SO!

I posted last Tuesday about how sick I'd been for so long and how I was getting completely unmotivated and super discouraged.

Well, I did end up going to the doctor like everyone suggested. Did all kinds of test and nothing was conclusive. I did end getting put on an inhaler for exercise induced brochial (sp) spasms and reactive airway disease and some anti-biotics because I'd been sick for so long that we wanted to try something. Well, I was completely useless Wednesday and Thursday with a temp and didn't go to work. I haven't gone to the gym for 2 weeks as of today and I'm still coughing pretty good. Especially in the cold air. Well, I'm going to go tonight. I'm going to go and I'm going to just get on the tread mill and walk. I'm not going to run, I'm not going to push it.. I'm just going to walk. I have to at least GO or I'll fall so far out of the loop I don't know if I'll be able to get back in!!

Also, for the last 3 days or so... I've been eating SO unbelievably horribly. I'm talking pizza and brownies and the lot. I'm sure I've gained most of my 4 lbs back but I'm too scared to get on the scale.

SO, I'm starting over.

I'm going to set my new weigh - in day for Tuesday's (Not including today) and start over. This is week 1 (Instead of week 3).

I'm going to go to the gym 6 days this week and just work up until I feel like I'm back to normal again and fully over this sick thing. Then i'm going to start my workout schedule I was so excited to start before I got sick and just...get back into it. I'm going to stop eating crap and just get back up on my bike and start peddling!!!!!!!!

I was planning on coming on here and venting about how I don't feel like I can get back into it, but I think I just talked myself up....

Lol! Anyway words of advice anyone?

Also - if there's anyone out there that feels like they fell off the bike too, JOIN ME!! START OVER!! Let's get back up and just get going! We can do it!!!

:drinker:
