Any Success with Exercise to Tighten Loose Skin?

Has anyone had any success with exercise and decreasing his or her loose skin?
I've seen some improvement through Jillian Michaels' DVDs but I want more improvement. I want to get my naval to make an "o" shape instead of an "^" shape (but longer on the sides).
I'll be using TurboFire soon to try and try to get rid of more fat and once I lose as much fat as I can, I'm gonna try to build more muscle.
My belly button frowns though and when I lift up the skin that's weighing down on my naval, my stomach is flat. It just doesn't look flat because of the skin. I've always had this shape though, like a string is around my stomach at the naval.
I've read that you can help it by decreasing your body fat percentage. I'm 19% but I don't LOOK 19% because of the skin on my stomach. I hate that it makes me look bigger than I really am.
Again, anyone have any success with naturally improving it with exercise and without surgery? (I'm not looking down on surgery, I just can't afford it and I'd be a little scared to do it even if I could :blushing:)

I've had two kids and the loose skin on the tummy is the hardest to get rid of!. The more abwork I do, the tighter the skin becomes. I have JM dvds..... ripped in 30, shred and 6weeks 6pack, but I have to do a dvd + some cardio to get the best result. Lately it's firmed up alot but even though it's tighter when standing straight, it's still there when I bend over, ugh, I hate it !!!0

Yea, mine is much worse when I lean over too but I'd like it to look "normal" when I just stand. lol.
I think TurboFire is a mix of cardio and resistance work. I'm not sure but I guess I'll find out soon enough. I've gotten the most results out of 6 Week Six-Pack. I can feel my abs now, there's just still a layer of fat and skin on top of it. I'm really hoping that I don't have so much skin that it makes it where I can never get a six pack. I don't want a super defined six pack or anything, just faint lines of it would be good enough for me.
I think there is still some fat within the loose skin too which gives me some hope that once that fat is gone, the skin might tighten up more.0
