Best Workouts (for your time)

Hey guys,
I've been trying different classes to get into shape, looking to find the best classes for my buck. I usually work out at lunch with some coworkers, so we really only have about 30 minutes to kill it each day. Of all the classes I've taken, two classes that have shown me the most results the fastest.
If you’re looking for the highest caloric burn in the shortest amount of time, I’d definitely recommend spinning (or Les Mills RPM course for high intensity) for your cardio and Les Mills CXWORX for your strength training.
The RPM course is 45 minutes, but I can only do 30 minutes since I do it on my lunchbreak. In two weeks I’ve noticed an appreciable difference in my endurance, stamina, and my body (legs are more muscular, fat is melting off).
CXWORX strength/core class is 30 minutes of absolute hardcore workout. It feels like they pack 3 hours of core work into 30 minutes. My body feels like it’s on fire (in the best possible way) afterward, and I already feel stronger, and more alive. It worked my arms, back, abs (OMG MY ABS), butt, and legs.
I highly recommend both of these courses for people on the go (like me), who work a lot and don’t want to spend hours working out. Maximum workout for your buck!
