Anybody know what you would list Hip Hop Abs as?

    Maybe aerobics, but if you have HRM create your own.

    I would do it as aerobic general. You can make your own if you have a HRM.

    I wondered what to list it as, too. I do like it...it kicks your butt. Even the 15 minute burn is intense.

    Thanks everyone. I have been listing it as aerobics but wanted to make sure. I love these videos. They are a fun way to work out.
