The Right Diet?

Hi Everyone,

I am new to the whole "healthy liftstyle" and am not sure really where to begin. I am at the weight i feel comfortable, but want to maintain. I have started at the gym to tone - but my biggest issue is know what kind of diet to follow?

I have been sticking to alot of Fish and Chicken.... But can onyone guide me?
