TIPS ON BURNING MORE IN A DAY

How neccessary is it to incorporate diff types of cardio thru the week? i feel like i could burn alot more if i did more then just zumba everyday. (these are diff classes/instructors) and i help assist teaching so i HAVE to push hard. idk i feel like im not doing enough...(could be me obsessing again)...

Changing up cardio does help! I've read numerous articles about switching up the routine so one does not plateau (here is one: http://www.shape.com/fitness/workouts/fitness-workouts-break-fat-barrier ) Make sure you have a rest day, though. I'd replace a day of zumba with heavy lifting.0
