Running - the sacred art

Anyone read this book? It's by Dr. Warren A. Kay. It's about running as a spiritual or meditative activity. I just started it yesterday and when I went for my run last night (I'm doing the couch to 5K) I ran an extra 2 minutes. I just felt really good an inspired about what running can BE, instead of just a means to lose weight or a way to escape if you're being chased lol. But seriously... it's awesome so far. Anyone else read it? I got it from the library but I'm going to have to buy it, it's that good and I NEVER buy books.
