New Challenge

I want to incorporate a new insane workout challenge in my busy lifestyle.

This is my normal routine:
--Run 3miles 6 days a week
--Lift weights for an hour six days a week
--Almost done with the Insanity workout challenge(this is my last week)
***I do the weights and run before work and after work I do the Insanity***

Besides doing husband and father duty, also a full time job, I am able to fit those workouts on my busy schedule. So if you guys have any challenging workouts that I can use when I am done with insanity, please let me know. Thanks
