Hello MFP Family,
Everyday I workout and I earn at least 300-400 additional calories to eat, now I try to eat all of my original goal calories that I start the day out with but I don't always eat the additional calories that I earn after my workout, is that a bad thing? I know you have to eat to lose but does that mean the exercise calories as well? Please help, tell me what you all think.......Happy Losing
