Water Exercise recommemdations?

Does anyone have any water exercise recommendations? I've been trying to go at least 3-4 times a week to the therapy pool. I need more structure when I'm there. More than just constantly moving the entire time.

Google "water running" - you can get the flotation belt at Amazon....Then wear it, go neck deep into the pool, and run! It feels weird, but is incredible no-impact cardio...I trained like that for two months after an injury, and did not lose any of my cardio endurance!0
