best foods for weight loss??

im 133 so im only trying to get to 120 ...pretty much trying to lose inches more than pounds( baby weight) and i want to know which foods are the healthiest for me to eat right now?

    Salmon, Chicken, Prawns, Egg whites, All veg and fruits, Nuts (almonds), wholemeal pasta, bread, sweet potatoes.. erm... stuff like that!? Hard for me to loose weight as im "in the healthy range" with a good BMI.. so thats the kind of stuff im eating... hope that helps.. WATER!!

    Lay off things like white and processed breads, pasta as they have less nutrients, cakes, sweets, full fat milks, cheese, red meats, butters, sauces full of sugar, ready meals..
