Hello: back to the tried and true counting calories - I have tried and succeeded at fad and "new" diets but always fall back on bad habits because too many things cut out. So in the end counting what is going in should be what counts Right? Just like a computer - garbage in garbage out....fat in....fat shows out! So any suggestions on what to have for snacks when you tired and bored would be great.
