starting over

Hi. My name is Denise and today is my first day using Myfitnesspal. Really cool website -- love having it on my phone. It takes some getting used to logging all the different foods in and actually finding them, but I am sure it will get easier. I have about 20 pounds to lose -- hoping that this will motivate me to do it!

    Welcome....., when i first started using this tool last march, that was my goal too. I lost more than that and im pretty sure you'll do good. I had to change my goal 3x because I kept losing weight.
