Life after Jillian (RI30/30DS)

Hello!

I'm a bit stuck at the moment. I've completed 30 Day Shred, and then Ripped In 30, and I'm looking for something to move on to.

I did try TurboFire, but tbh, it's too cardio-based for me. I loved that the others incorporated strength and abs, and it wasn't just an aerobics class.

I would like to keep to the same format, but move it up a notch.

Any recommendations? TIA!

I've just started Jillian Michael's Body Revolution; some of her moves from her older dvd's are incorporated, but it's a bit harder.. Makes me sweat and I'm sore the next day :L

So, maybe you could give that a go? (:

Ah great, I'm looking to that one now! Seems to use more weights and resistance, just what I'm after :D

I'm currently doing Insanity, which I love, but although it has strength (own body weight, rather than weights), it's largely cardio, so possibly not what you're looking for. Definitely a fab workout though!

Body revolution sounds great, I think I'm going to have a couple of weeks off after Insanity then tackle it. ChaLean Extreme is meant to be a great program with weights too - I have it, but have never even opened it! Too scared of doing serious weights ;)

I think Jillian's six week six pack is a lot of strength work, too :)

I really like Jillian's Extream Shed & Shred. It has two levels, about 40 min each that you can do seperalty or together and she calls it a fusion workout. It has alot of different types of exercises.

I was just going to suggest Jillian's Extreme Shed & Shred as well. I absolutely LOVE it! You can do each level separately, but I like to do them together. There are so many different types of moves and circuits that it goes by pretty fast for me. I also have her 6 Week 6 Pack and I really like that one too.

Im in the same boat. I have decided to go the Kettlebell route. I'm not doing Jillians bc i hasn't gotten the best reviews. I think I've settled on Kettlebody by Brooke
