Gastritis Diet Help

Hi All, I have just been diagnosed with gastritis and have been looking to the Internet for suggestions for a diet that might help elevate some of the symptoms. But at the moment I'm finding a lot of the advice given contradicts itself :-/
Can anyone help me? With things to avoid, to increase my intake of etc
