Need Ideas of what to eat before and after exercising

I need ideas of what kind of food is good to eat before and after a workout? I usually eat breakfast wait about an hour and then start exercising.. (right now im doing tony hortons 10 min trainer) After my workout I drink lots of water and if I feel hungry I'll make myself a strawberry shake.. I want to start running soon but don't want to feel bloated or have stomach cramps while running like I've usually have before, and i could never find the right food.... Please help..
Also please feel free to add me.. I will be sticking to MFP until I reach my ideal weight and goals.. :)

    This is a great question! I always wonder if I'm eating the right things. What I do know is if you are going to do really strenuous workouts you need good protein before you start to keep you enegized. If your doing something less hard you could probably just go for something like a protein shake. I think this pretty much is the same for after too! Hope this helps some!
