So... I did really well from January until my SO came home in May (I had lost over 25 lbs total). Maintained my weight without any effort during our wedding and honeymoon, but then started falling back into my old eating habits (overeating, choosing unhealthy foods, snacking out of "habit" and wine3-4 times a week). Needless to say, I gained over the last few weeks. :grumble: But I'm not blaming anyone or anything other than myself.
I'm just here looking for some advice from others who actually fell off the wagon and successfully jumped back on. I want to find my groove again, my motivation.
I can say one thing... I'm happy to be back!
