Hi

I keep hearing about this, please can people give me their comments, should I change my settings to this as opposed the standard. I do tend to go over on my protein (not by much) and under on carbs anyway so would this suit me more?

I have been losing weight okay on the standard way, although am doing 30 day shred (currently on day 20), which has slowed it down a bit, since starting.

I only want to lose another 7lb, mainly of my stomach area!

    I do 40% Carbs, 35% protein and 25% sugar. That sugar will really sneak in; it's in everything...or at least it seems so. I am 5 pounds from my happy goal weight (15 from my dancin' in the street goal weight). But really, in the end it really is up to how you feel. For me 30% sugar would be way too much.
