Helloo

I am going to share my goals here as I am hoping witnesses will make me feel more committed and motivated.

I am a 33 years old a habitual dieter with a very poor track record; although I only have a few pounds (7) to shift frustratingly they never seem to go away. Now as the saying goes 'if you keep doing what you have always done you will always get what you've always got' sooo.... its time for a change of my battle plan!!

My new mission is going to be one of a longer term nature as although I see many of you are doing fantastically well on quick loss diets I have repeatedly failed on this approach and therefore need to try something new..

My plan for the next 4 weeks is:
Stick to the clean and lean diet with 1 cheat meal per week
Stick to maintenance kcal until I am sure I can follow my new clean and lean regime and stop having mini binges.
Start Bikram yoga once a week to de-stress and tone.
Keep going to netball 1/7, body pump 1/7 and step 1/7.
Take vit b5 and chromium as I have been told these help with stress and cravings
Keep updating my food log daily

Wish me luck :-) and feel free to add me as a friend.

Catxx

    Good luck

All of these goals are very achievable and realistic. Set a reaslitic goal and you are more than likely going to achieve it as long as you're willing and have the will power to follow through. I'm sure you'll do it no problem and if you ever feel you might slip get on here and we'll talk you out of it.
