looking for a general rule of thumb for using the HRM....
how long do you let your HRM run after you've completed your exercise?
for instance, if you do a 30 min video - how long after you completed the video is ur HRM still on?

I turn mine off once my workout is complete.0

i leave it on for 1 minute after i'm done to make sure my HR is coming down at a nice pace0

after spin class, and the cool down i keep mine on untill i go to the shower :bigsmile:0

I use a garmin gps/hrm when I'm running and hit the end button as soon as I finish the run (but leave the display on during my cool down to see how quickly my HR recovers)0
