Stuck at 12 pounds lost Please help

I started dieting around the middle of March. I lost 12 lbs and was super happy about it. About a week ago I found this site and joined. I have not lost anymore weight and seem to be stuck. I had already been stuck for about a week. 2 weeks of the same weight is discouraging. I started here with a goal of 1550 calories but wasn't meeting it so I changed my goals and MFP set my calories at 1200. Started doing that but still nothing. Should I increase my calories back to 1550?

    I platued recently, and bumped my intake up a bit. As soon as I started eating a bit more the pounds went down. I also picked up the intensity of my workouts. With the combination of the both I think you will be right back on track! :)

    Yeah sounds like a calorie increase may help!!! Let me know if you need motivation...I just started on here as well...and am looking for support buddies!
