New trying to optimize the tool for my needs

I am a bodybuilder using this to optimize my diet plan. I love the database but it's hard to set it up to analyse more unusual dieting plans like carb cycling, changes in calorie intake from workout days to burn days.
I still find it very useful ...
I am very good at dieting and have no trouble getting down to 5-6% body fat. I will be peaking in mid July this year but not competing as I promised the wife no more ;( I placed second at musclemania Canada in October...
