Halfway through 30DS and struggling

Hi all,

It's my first ever post here on MFP, even though I've been a member for quite a while.

I started the 30DS over 2 weeks ago and I'm now on Day 19 Level 2 and I must say.... I'm struggling MASSIVELY. I am fatigued, discouraged by my inability to perform all advanced moves and frankly a little bit bored by the exercises. I enjoyed Level 1 very much and even the first couple of days of Level 2, but now I feel like I want to quit.... but I don't really want to, because I'm so close to the finishing line and I would feel bad about it!

I was wondering if anyone else felt like this halfway through 30DS - if so, can you tell me how you managed to get to the end of the workout? What kept you going? How did you overcome the tiredness, soreness and fatigue?

I would be very grateful for you comments. Thanks!

    I am not sure what 30DS is but I am sure you can get through it. When you get done you will be proud of yourself and your accomplishments. You CAN do it! Your motivation is in you, whatever your reason is for loosing the weight ultimately it is about you being healthy. Have faith in yourself. As far as the muscle soreness goes try a protein shake after you work out, I find that really helps with my sore muscles. I hope that helps some.
