super healthy 140 kcal cranberry-pear muffin!

I was so excited about this recipe that I decided to share it with you guys!
Serve 12 muffins
INGREDIENTS:
Dry:
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup wheat germ
Wet:
1 egg
1/3 brown sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil (can be replaced by the same amount of applesauce)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup cranberry juice (or the juice of the pears in can)
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup pears, fresh or canned, cut in dice
METHOD:
1.Preheat the oven, 350 degrees Fahrenheit
2. In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients. (both flours, baking powder, baking soda, wheat germ). Reserve.
3. In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients. (the egg, lightly beaten, oil or applesauce, cranberry juice, vanilla extract, cranberry juice). Reserve.
4. Cut the cranberries in halves and the pears in dice.
5. Mix the wet ingredients to the dry ones.
6. Add the cranberries and the pears
7. Fill one 12-cup muffin pan, greased with Pam, or use individual paper cups to avoid to use Pam
8. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
