Hey, I'm pretty new to all this. I started a food diary recently and I am ready to start actively tracking my intake through this site. I could use a few friends for encouragement, if you please. I am from Oklahoma.

So, I presume you're trying to lose weight, not friends lol! I'll be doing the same along with P90X and trying to maintain a raw organic diet. The calculator is pretty handy but I can already see how difficult it's gonna be to drop my carbs and increase protein.
What do you think you're biggest hurdles are gonna be? What do you hope to achieve? Feel free to add me if you want. Good luck!

Hey, thanks a lot for the kind words. I think my first step is going to be better monitoring my caloric intake. I have been keeping a diary for about a week and only just changed over to keeping it here on myfitnesspal and it has been a pretty cool experience. It has gotten easier to not eat things I shouldn't because I have to look at it on my diary and it makes me rethink it.
Cutting calories has been pretty easy so far, but changing some of the unhealthy into more healthy choices might prove to be more tough. Here we go just the same.0 -

i spend alot of time doing other stuff so i don't comment a whole lot on other peoples stuff but i am from and currently living in OKC, feel free to add me and if you have any questions i will try to help you out when i have a minute, i log every day and have an open diary,which may not be the best but it has worked for me as i have lost body fat every week for 5 months straight now. good luck to you.0
