Hi all.. Had a friend recommend this site to me. I'm 49 and an ex-smoker (as of 11 weeks ago). I've been out walking with my son nearly every day, jogging a little bit and best of all, playing ice hockey. I play goalie so not a lot of skating, but I have to drop to me knees and get back up about 40-50 times a game with 70 pounds of equipment on. Believe me when I tell you, it's a workout.
Anyway. I want to get down to about 210 by end of the year.

Congrats on quitting smoking! I quit back in 1997 and it was the best thing I ever did! You can do this!
Feel free to add me if you like.

Well done on the quitting smoking, that is a battle in itself. If you have the determination to do that then losing the weight should be no problem at all x

    Good luck xx
