Mutual motivation

I have been using MFP for a while, but only to track food and exercise etc. I have lost 16lbs but got another 35lbs to go!! Would love to meet similar, like-minded individuals with experience with nutrition and exercise. I know exactly what to eat and do, it's just having the motivation to do it!!! Please feel to add me if you think we can give each other motivation, especially those will similar weight goals!!

    I have been using MFP to track my food and will start tracking weight/exercise soon. I have a ways to go still and plan on getting there this time! Feel free to add me if you like!
