Struggling with the last 7-10lbs

Hello everyone!
I am new to the site, but not new to fitness or weight loss. I am a current lifetime member of weight watchers (it was how I lost my baby weight).
I am struggling to lose the last 7-10lbs. I am just a few pounds over my BMI, and I am struggling! I am pretty sure my weekends/beer and vodka are what sabbotage me, but I am determined to lose this last little bit. I have been between 153-155 for 6 months and not much seems to change....I am going to try to cut carbs a little more to see if that helps and not eating 3hrs before bedtime....
Tonight I am graduating from a learn to run program, going for 5km straight thru with no breaks! eek...this is gonna be fun!
So far I find this website a bit addicting, but so be it....trying anything new is exciting...I am going from counting points (ww) to counting calories, which at time can be confusing at figuring out the proper calculations.....I am hopeful I can get these last few off in the next few months......I was thinking to buy a bikini to keep me honest and starve off the social beer drinking, lol.
Last night I choose to have a very small piece of ice cream cake (dairy queen) over a beer......which is a big step...usually I would cave and have both....and I didn't so I am proud of myself! ( I have been able to do this alot more this year....out of determination and frustration!)
Tonight after the 5km the large group are going out for a drink....I am going to add the calories into my journal now, so that the calories are already accounted for and I am going to increase my water.......
