encourage me to stay on track!!!

Hi everyone,

My name is Tiffany and I am loving losing weight but I'm starting to find myself slipping sometimes and God knows I don't want to go backwards. I've currently have lost 20lbs and I'm so proud of myself. I've also picked up running which I've come to LOVE (is that crazy or what!). I currently have one person that is working out with me and we are doing great, but I would like some more support and encouragement to keep going. I've found myself sneaking sweets here and there and I would like to know what are some alternatives some people may eat instead of turning to the bad chocolate covered peanuts like me!
