My boss turned me on to this site because I simply want to have some encouragement on my weight loss journey. I will be happy to support all of you if you support me. However, I am still trying to get the hang of the site so please bare with me. I am a 20 yr. old college student who is labelled in the Obesity II category by standard charts, so I would just like to be healthier. I am super excited to get started and hear what you guys have as advice and encouragement. =0)
