Hey all...yesterday I ran 2 miles, and towards the end got a really bad cramp/side stitch (whatever you want to call it) in my side. It slowed me down, but eventually I made it home.
I wanted to continue my cardio by doing jump roping so that I could make it to 30 minutes of cardio for the day. I had to wait about an hour until the cramp went away to jump rope. It came right back when I started jump roping.
I woke up this morning and it's still lingering! Wtf?? It's in the same exact spot, not as painful, but I feel it when I move in certain ways.
Is this normal? I get cramps all the time when I run, but Ive never had any that last.
