I’m 54 years old very active man, but my job is sitting for whole day with computer.
By the diet and some exercise I lost 80 pounds in 6 months.
But not only fat, lot of muscles lost as well
Now I’ trying to rebuild healthy muscle and gain some, weight.
I’m looking for friends, who could share experience in rebuilding muscle, keeping weight in healthy range and sure, I need some support and motivation.

    Welcome! Congratulations on losing the weight. It is very important for us "mature" folks to maintain muscle mass. What are you doing now as far as a routine? Make sure you get enough protein, and lift reasonably heavy weights and it can do wonders.
