Hello everyone,
I am on this weight loss to get my life and my body back. I am not a self motivator, and know i need the added push to just keep going. I have committed to working out 3 time per week for at least 1 hr, and monitoring what i eat. I'd greatly appreciate any /all support and suggestions to help me reach my 25 pound weight loss goal. thank you!
