Weird Appetite

I have done so much research so that I can start eating healthy and eating right. So, I have had a new diet for the past 2-3weeks. I eat something healthy for breakfast like a fruit smoothis or peanut butter and an apple. I snack on fruits, nuts, and small veggies throughout the day and have small meals for lunch and dinner. I am getting all the recommended nutrients with my fruit, grains, veggies, and meat. I eat what they recommend before and after a work out and I don't eat late anymore. So, why do I feel weird sometimes now? I have hardly any appetite like I used to. I get hungry, barely eat from my meal, and I'm already full. Sometimes later in the evening I even feel a little bloated and queasy. I eat more often through the day so I know that;s why I can barely eat. Is this normal tho? Should I try to eat more since I am working out more? I don't want to get sick but I also don't want this to last forever if I keep eating healthier like this. If I go to a restaurant I don't want to pay for something that I only can eat 2-3 bites from. Did anyone else experience this when they first changed their eating habits?

Have you cut out or dramatically reduced cabohydrates? I did this accidentally over the last few days and have not been hungry at all. I've been forcing myself to eat because I need calories to repair the body from surgery. I'm also not exhausted or light-headed from eating so little which is really odd since I used to have dizzy spells if I didn't eat for more than two hoursish. I've also lost quite a lot of weight in a short amount of time because of this.
