Not quite a newbie but back at it :)

I started on here a little over a year ago and did well I had lost about 15lbs and about 8inches I felt great but lost motivation after my brother's wedding, which was the reason I joined this site.

So now after some time of letting food and exercise get away from me I gaining 5lbs back in 10 months. I also made a huge personal accomplishment and completed the Disney Princess Half Marathon in 3:56:42. I know I could have done better if I had actually been keeping up with a balanced diet, and training regiment. In short I finished and I am super proud of myself.

Here I am again wanting to refocus, get under the 200lb mark, eventually reach my goal weight of 150 and complete a half marathon in under 3 hours.
