National Institute of Health Fitness Calculator--So Cool!

This is the coolest, most comprehensive body weight/activity calculator I have ever seen. It was developed by a mathmatician hired by the NIH to study obesity. I read an article linked on Google News which provided this additional link. It's very interesting. You plug in your current weight, activity levels, height and gender, and then you plug in what you want to weigh and how long you want it to take. It tells you what you need to change in terms of both calories and activity level. It also provides various graphs about when your body will change. Here is the link:

    Needs to allow you to have a BF% goal, not just weight.
