When using the weight to determine the amount that was eaten.......do you weigh it with the skin on or without? For example, a banana or an avocade (is it 221g with the skin of an avocado or totally peeled)?

Only weigh what you are eating. So no skin on those items you mentioned. If you are eating chicken with the skin than you weight with the skin,0
