How do I keep the motivation going?

I've been so motivated in these last few months (sinc oct) and recently lost about 40lbs..I have a goal that I will NOT STOP till I reach it, but have found my motivation slipping..My workout routines are intense and I go hard 2 times a day in gym..I'm going on vacay in 3 weeks and have found it harder and harder to get up at the but crack of dawn to go to gym..I'm still not satisified with how my body looks and want to continue to push myself but have found it tough these last couple of weeks to do so.. How does everyone else keep up there motivation? Am i just being a pansy and letting my mind mess with my motivation??
