Hi, my name is Nancy and I am new here. My friend told me about this website. I am looking for some support and objective thoughts in how I can get motivated to lose weight again. Did it for about a 1 1/2 and just stopped. I need to look at as a whole new way of living, instead of "I got to lose this weight" and feeling frustrated when I don't stick to it.
