I have to admit I get frustrated with crash dieters, and end up deleting you. 1200 calories or less and exercising without eating your calories back is a crash diet. You will crash and burn, but posting how much weight you are losing so fast is annoying to those of us who stick it out long term! You will gain it back as you will crave more and more fuel because you are starving your body.

I am here to lose a few pounds and tone up. I am a mom of 5 kids, and I am an acceptable BMI, but I am more like a skinny fat as I didn't exercise much before MFP. I am wanting to change my body and feel healthy again. I am not into crash dieting. My ultimate goal is to tone up, and if I gain a few pounds as I gain muscle, so be it, but I am looking to lose fat as well. So I have my calories set to 1440 and I eat back most of my exercise calories.

If you are like me and food is not your enemy, then feel free to add me! I would like some company on here! ;-)
