For an easy workout anyone can try, Leslie Sansone is good. After finding just short extracts at first I found and did the 3 mile one yesterday, haven't been to a class for years (except once trying out zumba, never again). It's very straightforward, based on the simple moves anyone who's been to aerobics before knows already. No jumping, no squatting, very little lunging so kind to my none too good knees. But fast enough to make me feel I'm working and doing some good. All on youtube. 'Start Walking at home 3 miles' is the title. Good for those of us a little older and slower - I wouldn't be trying bodyrock.0
