Muscle Soreness and Lifting Weights

Should I wait until I am completely not sore before lifting weights again? I lifted Monday and I am still sore, but I want to lift today.

    Go ahead and lift.

    The only time you should let muscle soreness stop you from working out is if starts affecting your form.

    * Know the difference between injury and doms.
