Hi there!

I got a receipe from a coworker for chili and I am trying to figure out how many calories are in a serving. But I have never made it and have no clue how to know how many servings it makes. Anyone know how I should calculate this or does anyone know of a website that helps with calories in recipes for things such as soup or things that are made in large quantities. I'd really like to know how many calories are in a cup. thats easy to measure! :)

Make the chili. When it is all done, either weigh it or measure it out in cups. If one pot of chili yields 16 cups, then enter the recipe in MFP and for servings put 12. Then you will know X amount of calories are in each cup.
