Just curious as to what supplements others take on a daily basis and at what times.

I'm at the gym 6 days a week (11am-12pm), doing cardio for warm up and then weight training the rest of the time.

I currently take:

Centrum Silver Multivitamin (morning)
Fish Oil- 900mg (morning)
Turmeric-500mg (morning)
Bodytech Whey Protein (full scoop morning, 1/2 scoop post workout)
Bodytech Creatine Monohydrate (5mg morning, 5mg post workout)
Bodytech BCAA & Glutamine (1 scoop morning, 1 scoop post workout)

Thinking about adding in a Casein protein before bed and possibly ZMA

    I take

    1 a day multivtitamin or Emergen-c: Morning
    Fish oil: Morning
    Super Iron Complex (with b vitamins): With lunch
    BCAAs: Pre workout/intra workout
    Whey Protein: breakfast & whenever I feel like it
    Casein Protein: Before bed

    Keep in mind I take protien supps to meet my daily goal of 110 grams. I'm a vegetarian and don't even get close to that goal unless i supplement. ;)

    Edit to say: I also take "super enzymes" digestive enzymes about once a week to keep things going :P

    Very similar intake as me, as well as times. I shoot for 200 grams of protein a day and it's quite challenging at times. I'm not vegetarian per say but 95% of what I eat is fruits and veggies.
