History: Surgery in Nov last year, then allergic reaction requiring steroids, then holidays. Back on the wagon mid Feb due to being 155 lbs.
No pics. I don't get pics taken.
Super happy much of my closet is again fitting. Happier I'm wearing some smalls again and can again purchase size 7's.
Here's my Weekday schedule (Goal 45 min cardio, 500 cals):
Morning b/f breakfast Abs (180 crunches and 2 set 6 inch killers held for 1 min) and then walk the dog (doggie loves his morning walk - did that even when I was gaining) - first 16 oz water
Breakfast
Morning a/f breakfast On way to work clenching and unclenching various muscle groups (safely) - 24 oz water
B Snack
Before Lunch "intense" workout to burn at least 300 cals in up to 40 min cardio and 65 - 80 sit-ups followed by 5 min stretching.
Lunch
L Snack
Home to laundry, make dinner, light housework (don't count as cals burned)
Dinner
Weekend (Goal 45 min):
2 mile walk with doggie + occasional yoga
I lose .5 - 2 lbs a week (very up and down, depends on my schedule, exercise, and if I'm awake half the night working).
Hoping the pounds are taking a permanent leave of absence
